We moved from Veranda to Aquila Loop recently, my trash can is broken and the bar at the front of the can would not stay in place. I mentioned that I may need to buy a new trash can to one of your guys while he emptying my garbage, he said that he may have a part and he would try and mend the can during his next visit. I expected nothing but I was delighted by the customer service. Sure enough the next time I looked at my trash-can, it had been mended, I was totally surprised and delighted.

We live in the main village. Everytime I see your truck in our alley your employees are ALWAYS extremely pleasant and respectful; smiling, happy and cordial! Occasionally, we forget to put our bucket out and no matter what, your employees go out of their way and grab it. They don't have to, but it seems as if they care about how your customers will feel! Thank you for taking care of your employees so they can take care of us
